REST: A MATLAB-Based Toolkit for Resting-State fMRI Data Analysis

As resting-state fMRI gains increasing attention in neuroscience research, there remains a lack of specialized software for its data analysis. We developed REST, a MATLAB-based toolkit that currently offers three core analytical functions: functional connectivity, Regional Homogeneity (ReHo), and Amplitude of Low-Frequency Fluctuations (ALFF). The package implements sophisticated algorithms for brain network analysis and local signal characterization.
