Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) Toolbox for EMD Decomposition Process

This is primarily a toolbox for the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) process within the Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) framework. Once imported into MATLAB's toolbox directory, it becomes immediately operational for signal processing applications.
