In 2FSK signals, the symbol "1" corresponds to one carrier frequency, while the symbol "0" corresponds to a different carrier frequency, with instantaneous switching between frequencies. Implementation often involves generating two distinct sinusoidal waveforms and switching between them using digital logic or lookup tables in code.
