Simulating Clutter Maps for Temporal CFAR Detection of Radar Signals

Clutter maps play a critical role in ground-based radar systems, particularly for detecting zero-velocity targets. This program simulates clutter maps and performs temporal CFAR (Constant False Alarm Rate) detection on radar signals to enable accurate detection of stationary targets through algorithmic processing.
