Resource Overview
Implementation of bistatic SAR echo simulation and imaging processing, featuring advanced nonlinear Chirp Scaling (CS) algorithm for enhanced image quality and precision
Detailed Documentation
In this project, we conduct comprehensive bistatic SAR echo simulation and imaging processing. The imaging component employs a sophisticated nonlinear Chirp Scaling (CS) algorithm to significantly improve image quality and geometric accuracy. The project objectives include investigating SAR imaging techniques and algorithms through systematic simulation and processing workflows. Our implementation involves generating realistic bistatic SAR raw data through electromagnetic simulation models, followed by applying the nonlinear CS algorithm which features enhanced phase preservation capabilities through higher-order Taylor series expansion. Key computational steps include range cell migration correction, azimuth compression, and advanced phase compensation techniques. Through this project, we aim to gain deep insights into SAR imaging principles and related technologies, establishing a solid foundation for future research and practical applications in radar signal processing.
